Any “Ready to ship” items may be returned or exchanged with in 7 business days from delivery for a full refund. Item must be returned in new, unused condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Custom orders are to be paid in full prior to starting the project. Upon completion a final approval from the customer will be made prior to shipping. Due to the nature of custom and personalized items they are non refundable and can not be returned. Please refer to the Workmanship Guarentee for more information

Starting with high quality materials and the attentiveness that comes from handmaking every item, we guarantee our craftsmanship and materials from any defects for two years from purchase date.
